Batch Controllers

Purpose:

Introduce a known amount of product or raw material into a mixer or reactor.

Manual:

Operator simply inputs the desired amount and the Franklen Equipment supplied controller monitors flow, closes valves and/or shuts off a pump.

Automatic:

Control a complete batch through a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). Franklen Equipment can provide components to make your own or a complete PLC customized to your specifications to accomplish your batching needs.

Automatic II:

Adding a process or expanding DCS. Let Franklen Equipment work with you to select equipment for your application of correct communications protocol.

On Site Assembly:

Pre-fabricated skids are delivered to your location ready to be anchored to the ground. Generally all that is then required is field connections for power, communication and process piping and start up may begin.
