Drum Filling

Purpose:

Used to efficiently and accurately load 5 gallon pails to 55 gallon drums or 200-gallon totes.

Unit Description:

Each skid is customized to your application, but there are common components such as a meter, batch controller, pump, valves, strainers and a control panel associated with each skid. Options include a printer, grounding and overfill protection, explosion proof construction and portable units.

On Site Assembly:

Pre-fabricated skids are delivered to your location ready to be anchored to the ground and generally require field connections for power, communications and process piping prior to start-up.
